Privacy, in plain language

This site is run by FlowNexa. We collect as little as possible. This page explains what we collect, why, and what you can do about it.

Analytics

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and see which pages are useful. It does not use cookies, does not fingerprint you and does not track you across other sites. It records things like the page visited, referring site, country and browser type in aggregate.

If we ever turn on Google Analytics 4, it only loads after you click “Allow analytics” in the notice at the bottom of the page. It sets cookies to measure visits. If you choose “No thanks”, it never loads. You can reset your choice by clearing this site's data in your browser.

Contact form and CricNexa waitlist

When you send the contact form we receive your name, email, chosen topic and message. When you join the CricNexa waitlist we receive your email and, if you provide them, your role and organisation. Forms are processed by our host, Netlify, and forwarded to our inbox.

• We use contact details only to reply to you and to discuss your project.
• We use waitlist emails only to tell you about CricNexa early access and launch.
• We never sell or share your details for marketing.
• We delete enquiries that don't lead to a project within 12 months, and waitlist emails when CricNexa launches or if you ask.

WhatsApp and email

If you contact us on WhatsApp or by email, those services process your messages under their own privacy policies.

Embedded videos

Videos on case-study pages only load from YouTube (privacy-enhanced mode) or Vimeo after you press play.

Your rights

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email flownexahere [at] gmail [dot] com and we'll respond within 30 days.
